Shipping
& Handling:
Standard shipping is UPS ground to the contiguous states and
Canada, and UPS 2nd day to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico or
Canada Post unless otherwise requested. Shipping usually takes
3-7 working days depending on location. Orders will be shipped
no-signature required unless other arrangements are made when
the order is placed. NOS gladly accepts international orders
and ships parts world-wide. All customs fees and import duties
are the responsibility of the purchaser. Some items must ship
by truck due to size and weight. Shipping charges will be assessed
when the order is placed. Shipping prices quoted with on-line
orders are estimates only and may change based on dimensional
weight. |

Warranty:
Your complete satisfaction is our primary goal. All parts and
services offered by NOS Reproductions have undergone evaluation
to insure the highest level of quality and performance, however,
the industry standard is no parts warranty. Some parts sold
do have a warranty provided by the manufacturer. Please contact
us for details. |

Returns:
Should you have a problem with an order, please call us. We
will do our best to correct the problem immediately. Do not
return an item without contacting us for an RMA number. Whether
we have made an error, you wish to exchange something, or there
is a warranty claim, an RMA number is required to expedite the
process. Upon receiving your order, open the cartons and inspect
the contents. If there is damage during shipment, please contact
us immediately at 1-800-667-6200. Items returned for refund
are subject to a 15% restocking charge. |
